How Cydeo Approaches Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity in the workplace and within the industry as a whole shouldn’t need an explanation. It is common sense to seek out different outlooks and frames of mind in order to challenge the industry and push us further toward innovation.

The technology and IT industry has been predominantly run by white men in the entirety of its existence. At Cydeo, we recognize that lacking diversity and actively fight to change that. As a company founded by an immigrant, it is incredibly important to us that we create a space in the tech community where people of all backgrounds feel welcome and empowered. It’s important that we create an opportunity for more diverse voices to be present in IT. By bringing people into IT with different perspectives and world-views, we provide new insight on how to solve problems and also make the community a more welcoming place for the voices of the future.
